The National Association of Local Councils (NALC), which represents the interests of town, parish and community councils, is hosting a one-day conference on how local councils can help the lives and well-being of communities through leadership and service delivery. There will be plenary speakers and 8 topical workshops to choose from during the day.

The event is aimed at representatives of town and parish councils, members and officers of Principal Local Authorities, officers of voluntary and charitable sector organisations, and anyone interested in localism in general.

Attendance at the conference costs £110+VAT for NALC members, and £165+VAT for other organsations.
