Free training on Localism for communities and Parishes in Doncaster!
As part of the South Yorkshire Rural Network, Rural Action Yorkshire is offering a free workshop providing training and advice on the Localism Act, Community Rights and Neighbourhood Planning. It will provide an opportunity for groups to find out more about the new powers, how it might affect rural communities and discuss the issues for your local area.
The workshop is aimed at community groups, local Councillors and voluntary and community organisations, and will cover:
- Introduction to the Localism Act
- Community Rights
- Neighbourhood Planning
